The Open in CoLab menu in the Windchill CoLab add-in

The Open in CoLab menu provides information about CoLab workspaces where the file was uploaded, the status of the file, and the number of feedback items for the file in those workspaces.

To access the Open in CoLab menu, right click the file in the Windchill objects list. You can also expand the Actions menu on the View Information page of the document.

In the Open in CoLab menu, workspaces are displayed for the active revision, iteration, and the state of the file in Windchill. You can open the file directly in the CoLab workspace by clicking the name of the workspace in the menu.

To refresh the list of links, click the Refresh button within the Open in CoLab menu.

Workspaces will not be displayed in the Open in CoLab menu if the current version and state of the file has not been loaded into any CoLab workspace.
