Setting up logs for the Windchill CoLab Add-in

To enable logs for the CoLab add-in:

1. Enable the Customization tab for the Windchill sidebar by selecting Browse > Site (tab) > Utilities > Preference management.
   
   
2. Open the context menu for the Client Customization option.
3. Right click on Client Customization and select Set Preference.
4. Select Yes. This will allow the add-in to show the Customization tab in the Browse menu of Windchill.
   
5. Select Browse > Customization (tab) > Tools in the Windchill sidebar.
   
6. Select Log4j in the offered list.
7. Enable the Method Servers and Servlet Engines checkboxes.
8. Type com.colabsoftware.log into the Logger field.
9. Set Level for the log details. The Level is set to ERROR by default and is the recommended level for log details.
