When your team is ready to move to the next review stage, you can formally close the current review and start a new one. Closing a review confirms that the review is complete and no further feedback will be accepted.
To close a review and start a new stage, click on the review status menu and select 'Close review and start new stage'.
You will be prompted to create a new review. Your new review can include a different scope, checklist, and reviewers.
*Pro tip: Administrators can create reusable review templates, allowing users to select from predefined templates to speed up to review creation process.
All stage changes and user actions within each review are recorded within the review activity menu, providing a clear view of how the design has evolved over time and which changes occurred at each stage.
