Key Activity: Organize Your Data 

There are 2 core elements of organizing your data in CoLab: 

1. Uploading all the necessary files associated with your review. 
2. Grouping multiple files for participants to review all in one place.  For this we recommend creating a package and slides.

Why Use Packages?

It is best to use packages when there are multiple files that you want participants to review in the VA/VE event. 

A package bundles files together allowing participants to access everything in one place. 

Additionally, packages allow event leads to create 3D slides to serve as pre-read material or illustrate focus areas for the event
