Insights presents key metrics and graphs that help you identify and eliminate process bottlenecks, address recurring design issues, and monitor the effectiveness of continuous improvement efforts.
Accessing the Insights Page
To access Insights:
- Navigate to Track from the top navigation bar.
- Select the tab labeled Insights.
You will see two main dashboards: Reviews and Feedback.
Viewing your Insights
Review Insights
Under Reviews, you'll see four KPIs and detailed visual representations of key review data.
Reviews Completed
This metric indicates the number of reviews that have been closed. The graph below details all reviews by their current status.
Note: Reviews may be approved but not yet closed. If you want reviews to close automatically once approved, you can enable this in your workspace settings.
Average Time to Close Reviews
This metric shows the average number of days reviews are open before they are closed. The bar graph below details all reviews created by current status, and the line graph indicates the average time to close reviews for each period.
Completed on Time
This metric indicates the number of reviews completed on or before their due date. The graph below details all the reviews completed by date, showing if they were completed on time, overdue, or had no due date assigned.
Overdue Reviews
This KPI indicates open reviews that are past their due date. The graph below demonstrates all open reviews that are either past their due date or open with no due date assigned.
Feedback Insights
Under Feedback, you'll see three KPIs and detailed visual representations of key feedback data.
Total Feedback Resolved
This metric indicates the number of feedback items marked as closed, including Closed (Accepted) and Closed (Rejected). The graphs below detail all feedback by status on the left and by tag on the right.
Average Feedback per Completed Review
This metric shows how many feedback items are typically created per completed review. It only shows data for completed reviews, not those currently underway.
Average Time to Close Feedback
This metric indicates the average number of days feedback is open before it is closed.
