Viewing PDFs

When viewing a PDF, you'll find the PDF navigation toolbar at the bottom of the viewer area to help you navigate the PDF.

You have access the following PDF viewing features:

Open Side Panel

Opens the side panel, where you can navigate PDFs using page thumbnails, bookmarks, and a table of contents.

Search

Opens the search panel. Search entire PDF documents using whole word and/or case sensitivity.

Text selection tool

Allows you to highlight text to copy and paste it.

Pan tool

Allows you to move the document around on the screen. Hold down your left mouse button on the document and move the document.

Zoom out

Zooms the view out moving the PDF view further away.

Zoom in

Zooms the view in magnifying the PDF.

Zoom menu

Shows the current zoom level and allows you to select pre-determined zoom levels including 'Fit-to-page' and 'Fit-to-screen'.

Marquee Zoom

Allows you to select a portion of a PDF to focus on by drawing a rectangle around it.

Previous page

Take you one page back in your PDF file.

Next page

Takes you one page ahead in your PDF file.

Rotate Counter Clockwise/Rotate Clockwise

Use these buttons to rotate the PDF clockwise or counterclockwise.
