⚠️ At this time, the application is not available for the Linux operating system.
Installation
Once you have received confirmation from your CSM that your download link is active, navigate to the company menu and select 'Download desktop app'.
Clicking this option will automatically detect which operating system you are using and trigger the appropriate file download. Once the download is complete, open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the application.
Logging into the desktop app
⚠️ Internet access is required to login to the desktop app. Offline mode is not currently supported.

Once installed, open the application and there will be a login screen, similar to the online app.
Clicking the sign in button will take you to the usual login screen in your browser. After entering your usual account credentials, you will be redirected from your browser to the desktop app.
Session management
Admins can control the period of time after which users are required to log back in to the desktop application. You can find this setting by navigating to: Company & Admin → Security → Session Management → Desktop require login after.
