Understanding the 'Feedback Activity' tab

Each piece of feedback in CoLab comes with a 'Feedback Activity' tab. This tab allows you to understand when changes were made and who made them. Additionally for closed feedback, you can see who closed the feedback and when.

Accessing feedback activity

To access this information, open a piece of feedback in the feedback panel and click on the 'Feedback Activity' (the clock icon).

The activities will be displayed in the order that they happened (i.e. oldest to newest). Items that you have not seen yet (i.e. 'unread' items) will be highlighted as 'new'.

Recorded activities

The activity tab records all changes and updates to that item of feedback, including:

  • When feedback is created.

  • When feedback is shared to or removed from a portal.

  • When markup is added to or edited on feedback.

  • When any default feedback detail is updated, such as:

    • Feedback type.

    • Title.

    • Tags.

    • Description.

    • Resolution.

    • Assignee.

    • Status.

    • Priority.

    • Due date.

    • Attachment.

    • Impact.

    • Effort.

    • Number (#) units.

    • Unit savings.

    • Discussion.

  • When any custom feedback field is updated.
