You can access your most recent files from the Home Page without having to navigate to a workspace.
Clicking on the "Recent files" tab on the homepage will show the files you have accessed most recently. The file name and workspace name are displayed for these files.
You can also find recent files (alongside recently-accessed workspaces and portals) in the left navigation menu, by expanding the "Recently viewed" section.
Similarly, when you access a Workspace, a grid of your most recently access files in that Workspace will be displayed on the Workspace home page.
