Insights

Insights presents you with KPIs and graphs you can use to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks, address recurring design issues, and monitor the effectiveness of continuous improvement efforts.

You can open Insights by first navigating to ‘Track’ from the top-bar and then by selecting the tab labeled ‘Insights’.

To filter the data sources for these KPIs and dashboards, you may filter by workspaces, portals, and created dates for the corresponding data.

Insights has 2 main dashboards - ‘Reviews’ and ‘Feedback’.

Under Reviews, you'll see 4 KPIs and then detailed visual representations of key review data

  • Reviews completed: This indicates how many reviews have been closed. The graph below details all reviews by their current status. Note: Reviews may be approved, but not yet closed - if you want reviews to close automatically once approved, you can enable this from your workspace settings.
  • Average time to close reviews:  This indicates how many days reviews are open on average before they are closed. The bar graph below details all reviews created by current status, and the line graph indicates the average time to close reviews for each period.
  • Completed on time: This indicates the number of reviews that were completed on or before their due date. The graph below details all the reviews completed by date, and if they were completed on time, overdue, or had no due date assigned.
  • Overdue reviews: This KPI will indicate Open reviews that are past their due date. The graph below demonstrates all open reviews either past their due date, or are open with no due date assigned.

Under Feedback, you'll see 3 KPIs and then detailed visual representations of key feedback data

  • Total feedback resolved: This indicates how many feedback items have been marked closed - including Closed (Accepted) and Closed (Rejected). The graphs below detail all feedback by status on the left and by tag on the right.
  • Average feedback per completed review: This indicates how many feedback items are typically created per completed review. This only shows data for completed reviews, and not reviews currently underway.
  • Average time to close feedback: This indicates how many days feedback is open on average before it is closed.
